Former Top Chef Finalist Angelo Sosa of the newly-opened Social Eatz represented Malaysia by demonstrating on of his favorite dishes, Shrimp Belacan, to a live audience at New York City’s Astor Center on May 8, 2011. At the event, which was hosted by Ching-He-Huang from The Cooking Channel, Sosa spoke about the experiences and culinary learning he developed from a recent trip to Malaysia.
